Description

ISDIN Eryfotona AK-NMSC SPF 99 fluid protects the skin from damage caused by the effects of solar radiation. It also helps to repair existing DNA damage or what is known as actinic damage. The new fluid texture melts into skin, making it suitable for daily use on all skin types.

Key ingredients include Photolyase (DNA Repairsomes™) which helps to repair existing DNA damage whilst helping to protect against new actinic lesions from forming. Vitamin C & Vitamin E synergistically protect against oxidative stress and the harmful effects of pollution. Plankton Extract are powerful antioxidants that protect cells from future damage. Panthenol and Bisabolol calm, soothe, and repair the skin.

ISDIN Eryfotona AK-NMSC is highly recommended for those people who suffer from skin cancer or who have reoccurring pre-cancerous lesions. Sun exposure can cause cellular DNA damage that builds up over the years – this is not always visible as the skin can look normal but the sun will have caused internal changes to the DNA. This is known as actinic damage which usually presents with raised blemishes or lesions, itching, and flaking known as actinic keratosis (AK) or non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC).

How to use:

• Apply twice a day to exposed areas, morning and noon. In case of sun exposure, apply half an hour before on dry skin. Re-apply when necessary.
• In patients receiving pharmacological treatment or surgery for actinic keratosis and other forms of non-melanoma skin cancer, treatment should be started as soon as the lesions are closed.
